Terms
Use ErrorNotifier lawfully, monitor only systems you are authorized to check, and keep your account credentials secure. Live billing, enterprise contracts, and SMS add-ons require separate provider terms when enabled.
Authorized monitoring
You are responsible for monitoring only domains, APIs, and systems you own or are authorized to test.
Acceptable use
Do not use ErrorNotifier for abuse, denial-of-service activity, credential harvesting, or surveillance of systems you do not control.
Billing and add-ons
Self-serve plans use the prices shown at checkout. Optional usage-based SMS alerts require explicit enablement and pricing disclosure before use.
Service commitments
Public pricing pages are not contract SLAs. Contractual uptime, security, DPA, SSO, and invoice terms require explicit enterprise agreement.
Data responsibility
Keep API keys and webhook secrets private. Avoid sending raw secrets, full logs, or unnecessary personal data into monitor names, CI reports, and error payloads.
Business/legal TODO
Final legal counsel review is required before public launch.
