Setup wizard guide
- Start with the public setup wizard when a human or AI agent needs installation steps without a dashboard login.
- Logged-in users see a real browser project key; logged-out visitors see a visible placeholder that must be replaced.
- Choose the site platform, whether the default report-bug button should render, and how much page-stat detail is allowed.
- For WordPress client sites, use the generated setup link after installing the ErrorNotifier WordPress SDK plugin so the public project key and endpoints are passed into Settings > ErrorNotifier SDK.
- For Visual Studio and .NET projects, use the generated appsettings-style client block for browser-side error capture while keeping server secrets out of client-rendered configuration.
- Private WordPress diagnostics tokens are generated on each client site and register back to ErrorNotifier when diagnostics or the public health report connects.
- Copy the generated SDK snippet into the site asset pipeline or WordPress plugin/theme location.
- Deploy to the real domain so SDK verification traffic can prove ownership automatically.
- Create or confirm a monitor for the production URL or health URL, then choose expected status, optional keyword rule, and alert channel.
- Keep pageStatsDetail aligned with App > Domains so privacy settings stay intentional.
