This is a dated research report. Use it for deeper architecture, validation, interoperability, and security background after you have read Project Handoff.
- The current public handoff pattern is AGENTS.md plus .uai/readme.human plus local .uai files with explicit loader and trust guardrails.
- Mentions of formal .uai validators, generators, SDKs, CLIs, harness registries, certification, endorsement, or future UAI versions remain background direction until public tooling, fixtures, route behavior, and release notes make them current.
- Current support claims should be checked against Roadmap, Changelog, and the UAI-1 evidence path.
